Origins and vinting prosesses will be discussed, as well as the different flavors being experienced.

TEQUILA LIST Tequila is my favorite drink in the world. Hard work, water, sunshine and Agave all have to come together in excellent fashion to produce this exciting libation. As with all of the above, we have more varieties than we list here, the listing is just our committment to you of the brands you can count on us having at all times. So if you don't see your favorite listed below, tell us - we either have it in the back or we'll have it next time you come. Please ask for a taste, but don't shoot it - it doesn't show proper Tequila etiquette to rush a sip of Tequila. It spent months, most of the time years, being created, it deserves to be savored. Sip it, swish it like mouthwash, close your eyes and savor the smooth, flavorful ride down the hatch. Anejo: Don Eduardo, Patron, Tezon Silver: Margaritaville Tequla Tastings: Once every so often we have a Tequila tasting on the third Thursday of the month. The event begins at 7pm and costs $15.00. Mexican appetizers will be served. We'll use the tastings to determine the particular Tequilas that we'll offer on a regular basis.

COCKTAIL & WHISKEY LIST We carry most of the liquor found in any good bar, and in addition to the 70 or so drinks we already know how to make, we're willing to make anything you can tell us how to make. Having said that, below are some of our signature drinks for which we're known: Our Signature Mixed Cocktails: The Bush, Bloody Mary, Chocolate Martini, Dry Martini, Margarita, Grasshopper, Long Island Iced Tea, Pina Colada, Sex on the Beach, Pina Colada, and White Russian. The Drinks We Pour the Most Are: American Honey (shot), Knob Creek (shot), Jack Daniels (shot), Long Island Iced Tea, Blue Motorcycle, Jim Beam on the Rocks, and Double Jack and Coke on the Rocks. Whiskey Tastings: Once every 3 months we have a tasting that will feature whiskey, scotch, or bourbon. It will be held on the third Thursday of the month. The event begins at 7pm and costs $15.00. Appetizers will be served that fit best with the drink being tasted.
